Delivery Charges

Free standard delivery on all orders over £75.00 to UK mainland addresses

Standard Delivery for orders under £75.00: £3.95

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail for clothing accessories and components and should arrive within 2-4 working days of orders received before 1pm for most in stock items. Most orders are dispatched much sooner.  Bikes are delivered by TNT courier and usually take 2-3 working days as they need to be built up and checked prior to shipping. Recorded delivery is used for all items over £50.00 which means that someone at the delivery address will have to sign for the item. 

Next Day delivery for orders over £75.00: £5.00*

Next Day delivery for orders under £75.00: £10.00*

*Next day delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day or by courier and should arrive on the next working day for orders of in stock clothing, accessories, components and frames. It is available on products (except bikes as they need to be built up and checked prior to shipping), providing that they are in stock. We will notify you immediately if we cannot provide a Next Day delivery. In order to secure a Next Day delivery you will need to select the Next Day delivery option at the checkout and we will need to receive the order by 1pm.  Please be advised that someone will have to sign for a Next Day delivery at the delivery address.

Customers may choose to collect their purchases from the shop - we will notify you if a product is out of stock

Saturday deliveries are available, but please contact us by phone - 01491 871721- if this is required. You will be advised of additional charges that may apply to a Saturday delivery.

Delivery times

We aim to deliver within 2-4 working days on all orders received before 4pm (unless you have opted for the next day delivery). Most orders are dispatched much sooner.  You will be advised of the delivery details as soon as we have dispatched your order. We will advise you by email if we are not able to deliver within the 2-4 day delivery timescale and you will be given the option to cancel your order if this does not suit. If we are out of stock we are generally able to obtain new supplies within very short timescales.

Custom built items (i.e.bikes and wheels) have longer delivery timescales. However, we always aim to deliver within 10-14 days on these items. We will contact you as soon as we receive your order to confirm delivery.

Out of stock items

Trailjunkies tries very hard to ensure that the products featured on this website are always in stock. However, despite our best endeavours, some items may be temporarily out of stock due to either production difficuties or unexpected demand. If this is the case, you will be informed as to the expected delay, and given the opportunity to wait for the goods ordered to arrive, to cancel the order or to order the nearest possible alternative.
